[Orders] Pelican Products Uniform Sales Tax Certificate - Urgent Reply Requested

Greetings:

In order for Pelican to continue to waive sales tax charges to our
customers, we are required to maintain evidence of a valid resale
certificate for each customer.  As such, we are currently updating
our sales tax exemption records and need your assistance to provide
your resale certificates.

Please note that we are required by law to charge and remit sales tax
on all sales.  If we do not have evidence of your sales tax exemption
on file, we will be required to charge applicable state, local and
district sales tax.

Additionally, a resale certificate is required for every state that
Pelican ships to.  Therefore, if we ship to multiple states for your
company, we are required to have evidence of resale certificates on
file for each state.

To ensure Pelican's compliance with all legal requirements, it is
imperative that we receive this information no later than April 15,
2011.  Failure to provide this information will require us to start
charging applicable sales tax.

Multi-jurisdiction.  Please note that not all states accept this
certificate.  Please read the instructions attached to the
Certificate to ensure it is acceptable for the states you are
registered in.  If your state does not honor this document, please
remit the proper documentation as required by the applicable laws of
that state.
